Return policy – simple and clear
1. Returns only in case of defects:
Products can only be returned if they:

were damaged during delivery or
-
have a clear manufacturing defect .
Please check your delivery carefully immediately upon receipt.
2. How to initiate a return
1. Contact our customer service at info@omalleydublin.com as soon as you realize that an item needs to be returned.
2. Have your order number ready and briefly tell us why you want to return the product.
3. Our team will review your request and then guide you step by step through the return process.
3. Return costs – transparent and fair
Cost coverage:
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We understand that returns are sometimes necessary and strive to make the process as easy as possible.
Exchange (e.g. different size):
If you would like a product in a different size, we would be happy to arrange this for you. However, we will not cover the cost of reshipping the new product . You will also be responsible for these shipping costs.
4. What happens after the return?
Voucher: At the buyer’s request, a credit note for the value of the purchased goods is possible.
Exchange:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a product in the new size upon request.
No refund:
A direct refund of the purchase amount is excluded.
5. Our exceptions
Some products are not covered by our right of withdrawal:
Clearance items:
We don't offer returns for sale or clearance items. However, we're happy to issue you a voucher.
Incomplete returns:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that show signs of wear, missing parts, or removed labels.
6. Defective or damaged products
We stand behind our quality. Should your product be damaged upon delivery or exhibit a manufacturing defect:
• Contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@omalleydublin.com
• Send us a photo of the damaged product and your order number.
• After inspection, we will offer you either a refund or a free exchange.
7. Fast processing for your satisfaction
Once your product arrives at our Austrian warehouse, we will thoroughly inspect it. We will inform you via email within 5 business days about the next steps.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your delivery online at any time.
Tracking link: As soon as the order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link from the shipping service provider to track your delivery in real time.
8. Delivery conditions
• Correct delivery address: Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the address information provided is complete and correct.
• Undeliverable packages: If a delivery cannot be made due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we assume no responsibility for the loss or delay of the delivery.
In such cases, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any additional shipping costs incurred, as well as the costs of redelivery.
9. Customs duties and import taxes
In rare cases, customs fees or import duties may apply upon delivery. These additional costs are levied by customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price.
• Customer Responsibility: Any applicable customs fees, taxes or import duties are to be borne by the customer.
These fees only apply in rare cases and cannot be influenced by us, as they are set by the relevant authorities.
We recommend that you check with your local customs authorities about any fees or charges to avoid any surprises.
