Return and Refund Policy
Simple and clear: In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2022, customers have the right to return non-exempt items (such as jackets and outerwear etc) within 14 days of receiving their order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This right does not apply to hygiene-sensitive products such as bras etc.
1) How to start a return

Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue.

Our team will review and provide step-by-step return instructions.
2) Return & exchange shipping costs

Returns: You are responsible for the cost of sending an item back to us (use a tracked service).

Exchanges (e.g., different size): We’re happy to arrange an exchange when stock allows. Reshipping costs for the replacement item are the customer’s responsibility.
3) What happens after we receive your return

Inspection: Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse, we’ll inspect it.

Update: We’ll email you within 5 business days with the outcome and next steps.

Outcome options:

Voucher: At your request, we can issue a store credit for the value of the returned goods.

Exchange: If approved and stock is available, we’ll dispatch the new size/item once any applicable reshipping fee is paid.

Refunds: To the original payment method (timing depends on your bank).

4) Exceptions (not eligible for return)

Hygiene-sensitive items:
For health and safety reasons, certain hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless they are faulty or not as described. This is fully in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Bras and underwear/lingerie

Swimwear bottoms

Hosiery and socks

Pierced jewellery

Cosmetics and fragrances

Face coverings

Any item that has been worn, tried on without protection, or is not in its original sealed packaging.
If a hygiene-sensitive item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so our team can review your case.

Incomplete or used items: Products showing wear, missing parts, or removed labels/tags cannot be accepted. Items must be in original condition and packaging unless the issue is a defect.
5) Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing defect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@omalleydublin.com.

Include photos of the issue and your order number.

After inspection, we will offer a refund or a free exchange.
6) Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.
7) Delivery terms (related)

Address accuracy: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure it’s complete and correct.

Undeliverable packages: We aren’t responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. Additional shipping and redelivery costs may be charged.
8) Customs duties & import taxes (if applicable)
These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office.
